Brand Manager for Boys' Franchises

MGA Entertainment is a leading toy and entertainment company seeking an experienced Associate Brand Manager to support the development of new brand franchises for boys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, retail buying, or marketing agency experience, with a solid understanding of the US retail market.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the seasonal brand planning process, including slot planning, white space opportunity analysis, product wave planning, price point analysis, and NPD competitive data analysis.
- Create and maintain sales materials, such as price lists, wave plans, and sell-sheets, as well as marketing materials, including campaign decks and brand sales updates.
- Own international market product inquiries, collateral approval, and other day-to-day support needed with International Marketing coordinator.
- Develop an intimate understanding of the franchise and represent the brand both internally and externally.
- Support leadership in developing and briefing seasonal and annual strategies, ensuring all tactical executions are on-brand and on-strategy.
- Own delivering assets for e-commerce, catalogs, retailer ads, and concept mock-ups, including A+ pages photos, videos, and copy.
- Support PR event activations and ongoing reporting of competitive retail activations.
- Own the maintenance and distribution of the brand's retail marketing summary.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Economics, Marketing, or Communication.
- 2 years of brand management, retail buying, or marketing agency experience.
- Foundational knowledge of the US retail market.
- Kids and/or Family marketing, Toy or Gaming experience preferred.
- Motivated by challenges and possesses a sense of curiosity and a can-do attitude.
- A creative and self-driven individual who can come up with unique ideas and launch strategies.
- Ability to work independently and maintain assigned priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail is key in supporting all aspects of a brand franchise.
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
- Builds relationships across the business by supporting cross-functional teams.
- Maintains consistent information flow across key departments.
- Ability to present product lines and business plans to buyers and partners.
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
