Job Summary

The Associate Brand Manager, Bratz role supports the Bratz Brand Franchise, a multi-billion dollar global lifestyle franchise targeting adults and encompassing licensed goods, content, gaming, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with seasonal brand planning, including white space opportunity analysis, price point analysis, and NPD competitive data analysis.
  • Create and maintain sales materials, marketing materials, and international market product inquiries.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of the franchise and represent the brand both internally and externally.
  • Support leadership in developing and briefing seasonal and annual strategies, and ensure all tactical executions are on-brand and on-strategy.
  • Own delivering and reviewing assets for e-commerce, catalogs, retailer ads, and concept mock-ups.
  • Support PR event activations, PR influencer box campaign executions, and ongoing reporting of competitive retail activations.
  • Assist with category analysis and become an expert in Girls and Adult collector toy categories.
  • Manage up snapshot to management and assist in aggregating market data from key international regions.
  • Assist in analyzing and summarizing weekly POS analysis globally, and demonstrate basic understanding of brand financials.
  • Build compelling cases and competitive analysis based on NPD industry data to make recommendations and dominate competition.
  • Support process to build financial quotas by item as part of new season development, along with insightful data points to justify financial growth targets for Sales, Supply & Demand Planning.
  • Be a reliable point of contact on all things brand related for cross-functional partners, and be a leader and a team player, solution-oriented with forward momentum and a sense of urgency to pull cross-functional players together to deliver on time and on budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business Econ, Marketing, Communication, etc)
  • 2 years of brand management, retail buying or marketing agency experience
  • Foundational knowledge of US retail market
  • Kid/Family marketing, Adult fandom marketing, lifestyle brand marketing, Toy experience or quick turn fashion experience strongly preferred
Salary

$75,000 - $95,000 /year
