Job Title: Director, Brand and Product Marketing

ColourPop is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Brand and Product Marketing to lead the development and execution of our brand marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a brand marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to create and launch innovative marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue.
  3. Collaborate with the product development team to develop award-winning formulas and packaging that excite and delight our consumers.
  4. Partner with the creative team to develop powerful storytelling through impactful creative assets.
  5. Communicate launch plans and strategies to management and across the organization.
  6. Optimize the category assortment by identifying key opportunities for newness, top performing and low performing SKUs and franchises.
Requirements:
  1. BA/BS; Master's degree a plus.
  2. 7+ years of experience in brand/product marketing roles in color cosmetics.
  3. Experience working directly with C-Level Executives, Board of Directors, and/or Founders.
  4. Ability to synthesize market data and leverage insights to provide solutions.
  5. Collaborative leadership skills.
  6. Project management skills.
  7. Entrepreneurial mindset.
  8. Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  9. Quantitative data analysis skills.
  10. Experience leading cross-functional teams, including project management.

The annual salary range for this position is $140k-$160k DOE. ColourPop offers a competitive benefits package including paid vacation time, health benefits, 401k + 100% match, paid holidays, and more.
