Brand Manager

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our BlueTriton Brands Marketing organization in California. This role will be responsible for leading and executing brand building strategies, managing day-to-day business and marketing execution, leading cross-functional and inter-agency teams, developing the brand innovation/renovation pipeline, and contributing to the shaping of long-term portfolio positioning and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute annual marketing plans addressing all aspects of the marketing mix, including packaging, renovation plans, pricing, promotion, market research, advertising, and media.
- Drive cross-functional teams to develop and execute key business initiatives, ranging from new items, renovations, and driving demand initiatives.
- Participate in Commercial Planning process, working closely with sales to develop joint commercial plans for the following year and supporting key brand initiative implementation within retail channels.
- Lead monthly brand reviews to analyze and diagnose market share/shipment performance to appropriate leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage the brand P&L and budget, working closely with financial co-pilot to report to senior management on an ongoing basis.
- Manage portfolio initiatives for the regional spring water team, including pack renovations, special packs, partner activation, and more.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Brand Management, preferably for Consumer Packaged Goods/Beverage industries. Agency or client-side experience a plus.
- Strong marketing fundamentals, analytical expertise, and familiarity with syndicated data sources and internal data sources.
- Experience in bringing products and/or campaigns to life with limited resources (financial and people).
- Strong understanding of the West Coast/California market and consumer/cultural dynamics.
