Account Manager Trainee

Speakeasy Management Group is a dynamic business consulting and sales firm based in New Haven. As an Account Manager Trainee, you will play a key role in helping our clients build strong relationships, acquire new accounts, and increase sales revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster long-term relationships with high-profile business prospects.
- Provide expert guidance to potential buyers on our current offerings and services.
- Collaborate with clients to drive growth and expansion.
- Leverage insights from Senior Account Managers to inform sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and identify opportunities for upselling our products and services.
- Engage in regular conference calls and participate in on-site training sessions.
The Ideal Professional:
- Holds a degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Has 0-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or leadership roles.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to develop leadership skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts well to changing circumstances.
- Is comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Takes initiative to develop creative solutions and drive results.
- Possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ensures reliable transportation to our office location.
We offer a competitive annual salary between $50,000-$65,000, contingent on experience.
