Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Coloplast. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving territory objectives through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a clear and strategic plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives.
- Effectively engage all targeted accounts and develop strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Role model for developing and implementing business strategies to maximize territory and company objectives.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and leverage synergies.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of successful medical sales experience selling to physicians.
- Urology background and implantable device sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in relationship and consultative selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight (30-50%).
