RadiFi Federal Credit Union - Member Engagement Specialist

RadiFi Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Engagement Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding support to both new and existing members, guiding them through account setups, loan applications, and various transactions.

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Status: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service in alignment with Credit Union standards
  • Encourage and promote Credit Union products and services
  • Assist members with account openings and loan procedures
  • Engage in business development initiatives
  • Serve as a mentor to fellow team members

Qualifications:

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a related position

Education: High school diploma or GED

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong interpersonal abilities, valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to navigate stairs in emergency situations
  • Regular use of office equipment

Work Environment:

Primarily indoor work in a collaborative office setting with minimal distractions

Emotional Requirements:

Must be able to work independently or collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
