Position Overview:

The Sales Associate role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, merchandising products, and supporting the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every customer receives exemplary service in line with the S.A.L.E.S. process and mystery shop standards.
  • Stay informed about all promotions and advertisements.
  • Execute daily operational goals and priorities as directed by store management.
  • Assist in training and developing fellow team members.
  • Actively engage in daily team meetings.
  • Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
  • Participate in processing new shipments and help keep the receiving and back stock areas organized.
  • Be vigilant regarding safety issues.
  • Be aware of potential shoplifting activities.
  • Assist customers in locating products within the store and process special orders.
  • Encourage customers to enroll in the Ace Rewards Program.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on store policies and procedures.
