The ideal candidate for the Senior Project Manager position will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to project initiatives and support across Securitas Electronic Security.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and assist in the initial design of overall processes and requirements.

Develop comprehensive planning documents including project plans, scope definitions, Statements of Work (SOW), charters, and schedules.

Ensure that all requirements are identified to determine scope, effort, timeline, staffing needs, allocation of resources across various project phases, and performance metrics.


Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated expertise in Project Management.
Experience in gathering user requirements and conducting gap analyses.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Visio and MS Project.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to identify, document, and prioritize project change requests while facilitating the approval process. Adjust plans as necessary based on changes.

Manage the monitoring and controlling aspects of projects, including issue and risk identification and resolution, internal and external communication reporting, financial management including invoicing, payments, and receivables, as well as performance metrics.

Proven communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and negotiation abilities to effectively manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and all stakeholders.
Execute project closure activities, including handover to the service department.
Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
Create, manage, and maintain contracts with subcontractors.
Set and manage performance expectations with team members.
Ensure effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control processes are established and followed.
Generate innovative techniques, ideas, and solutions to enhance delivery quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Document lessons learned and share insights with the organization.
Design workflows and procedures.
Respond promptly to client needs through effective communication.

Adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
Lead the definition, execution, and delivery of project outputs.

Effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and finalize projects using appropriate principles, methods, and standard techniques tailored to each specific project.

Travel may be required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience (required)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Construction Management
  • PMI certification or similar accredited certification is a plus
