Infotrend, Inc. is in search of a skilled eDiscovery Relativity Specialist to join their innovative team dedicated to supporting critical government initiatives. As a Relativity Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all functions within the Relativity platform, from data processing to final production. Candidates should possess the Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification and demonstrate expertise akin to that of a Senior eDiscovery Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation to stakeholders on the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and presentation of electronic and scanned information from diverse sources.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Relativity processing, workspace setup, security protocols, searching capabilities, layouts, views, and the Relativity Desktop Console (RDC) along with the Relativity Processing Console (RPC).
  • Exhibit proficiency in Relativity Search and implement best practices.
  • Evaluate discovery documents to identify effective searches that yield responsive results and troubleshoot search queries for optimal relevance.
  • Utilize extensive experience with Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and Conceptual Analytics, clearly explaining these methodologies and their outcomes to non-experts, and providing testimony regarding these processes in legal settings.
  • Oversee large workspaces, including troubleshooting and completing deSearch indexes, Conceptual Analytics indexes, Repeated Content, Email Threading, Name Normalization, and Near Duplicate Analysis.
  • Develop regular expressions and utilize the Blackout application snap-in. Conduct Relativity smoke tests to confirm successful upgrades and patches, identifying potential challenges.
  • Effectively communicate complex issues and solutions to non-experts in time-sensitive environments.
  • Demonstrate exceptional grammar, telephone etiquette, and a professional demeanor in person.
  • Be reliable, self-motivated, and proactive in executing assigned responsibilities.
  • Educate the eDiscovery Unit and other personnel on Relativity usage and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator)
  • At least 3 years of experience with the Relativity application
  • A minimum of 7 years in litigation support roles
  • Experience with advanced analytics (Near De-duplication, clustering, email threading, and TAR)
  • Proven ability to train others on Relativity and conduct application demonstrations
  • Capability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to identify risks and escalate issues promptly as needed
  • Proficient in independently managing various tasks and adapting to changing timelines to meet multiple deadlines
  • Experience in developing and presenting project status updates
  • Must be a US citizen
