Work Schedule:
Afternoon Shift: 8-hour shift between 1 PM - 11:30 PM
Overnight Shift: 8-hour shift between 10 PM - 8 AM

*This is a FULL-TIME position, requiring on-site presence and availability for weekends and holidays.*

Position Summary:

The Crisis Communication Coordinator promptly addresses incoming alerts, manages phone inquiries, and fulfills customer service requests while achieving all productivity targets set by management as part of a quarterly incentive program.

Key Responsibilities:

The Crisis Communication Coordinator will:

  • Monitor alarm and trouble signals, responding according to established protocols in a communication center environment.
  • Document all alarm responses using the monitoring software.
  • Initiate calls to clients, dispatch emergency services, and contact emergency contacts.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Identify solutions to daily challenges.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A strong record of attendance and punctuality.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • A typing speed of at least 35 WPM and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in a call center or dispatch environment is a plus.
