  • Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other database applications; experience with Yardi is advantageous.
  • Willingness to undertake necessary tasks, including occasional overtime when required.
  • Recognizes the significance of punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Must possess a valid NYS driver's license.
