- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other database applications; experience with Yardi is advantageous.
- Willingness to undertake necessary tasks, including occasional overtime when required.
- Recognizes the significance of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Must possess a valid NYS driver's license.
