Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Accounts Representative to join our team at Heartland Business Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and account penetration within assigned customer target lists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve volume and profit targets
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Make presentations and demonstrate products and services to customers
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and sources
  • Develop clear and effective proposals and quotations for customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer problems are handled timely and effectively
  • Develop and maintain a multi-level relationship with key external customers to maximize results
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions
  • Forecast volume and financial performance for internal use
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
