Job Description

Lignetics Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Strategic Account Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service and Order Management Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating a network of retailers and distributors throughout specific regions of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Lead the key account team in ensuring fulfillment, order management, and account setup and maintenance for all strategic account customers.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all key account order shipping and fulfillment, responsible for updating outside sales teams and client buying/purchasing teams on order status, shipment status, emergency loads, and anything related to order fulfillment.
  • Customer Communication: Provide accurate order or account information, develop knowledge of our company and products to communicate successfully with customers, and arrange coverage when out of office.
  • Daily Order Release: Review daily production reports, release orders according to available inventory to Plant Operations, and track orders per sales channel to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Maintain a database and use basic Excel formulas.
  • MRP/ERP Order Management Experience: Experience with manufacturing or consumer product order management, managed orders off inventory.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, customer interaction etiquette, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Education: High school diploma, Associates or above is a plus.
Compensation:

$17-23 Hourly Wage
