Position Summary

As a vital member of the Food and Beverage team, your role will be to ensure that our service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld to provide an exceptional experience for both guests and fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently aim to surpass guest expectations.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in the dining area and kitchen in accordance with health regulations.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols diligently.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the unit manager or supervisor.
  • Support bar staff by clearing tables, restocking supplies, and delivering food orders.
  • Clear dishes from dining areas and transport them to the dishwashing area.
  • Adhere to established opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling, ensuring cleanliness in waste areas.
  • Keep condiment stations organized and fully stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest areas, assisting with table bussing as needed.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists when required.
  • Assist with various tasks as requested.
  • Deliver food to tables and ensure service completion.
  • Maintain a pristine dining environment by bussing tables.
  • Provide support to bartenders as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Assist in other departments when required.
  • Sort waste and recyclables into designated bins.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude.
  • Safeguard all company property and assets.
  • Address issues as they arise or report them to the appropriate manager.
  • Provide assistance to guests as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Exemplary attitude and grooming standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest service and teamwork.
  • Organizational skills are essential.
  • Must be a collaborative team player.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays, including evenings.
  • Food Handler and OLCC permits are required prior to employment.
