Key Responsibilities- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Take Beverage and Food Orders: Take orders accurately and efficiently, using your knowledge of our menu to make recommendations and upsell products.
- Clear Tables and Restock: Clear tables promptly and restock supplies to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Provide Outstanding Guest Service: Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Service-Oriented Personality: Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your role.
- Knowledge of Menu Offerings: Have a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Be proficient in upselling and cross-selling products, ensuring a high level of revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
- Lifting and Mobility: Be able to lift up to 40lbs and move quickly and efficiently around the restaurant, ensuring a high level of productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Standing and Walking: Be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours at a time, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.70, plus tips, to ensure a fair and rewarding compensation package for our team members.
