Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Take Beverage and Food Orders: Take orders accurately and efficiently, using your knowledge of our menu and beverage options to make recommendations and upsell products.
  • Clear Tables and Restock: Clear tables promptly and restock supplies to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Provide Outstanding Guest Service: Anticipate and respond to guest needs, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Follow Restaurant Guidelines and Policies: Familiarize yourself with our restaurant guidelines and policies, and follow them consistently to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
Requirements
  • Service-Oriented Personality: Possess a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Knowledge of Menu Offerings: Have a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings and be able to make recommendations and upsell products.
  • Valid OLCC and Oregon Food Handlers Permit: Possess a valid OLCC and Oregon Food Handlers permit.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Mobility: Be able to lift 40lbs and move around the restaurant with ease, including bending, twisting, and kneeling.
  • Standing and Walking: Be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours at a time, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $14.70, plus tips, and a comprehensive benefits package.
