Job Title: Federal Market Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Federal Market Leader to join our team at P2S. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in our federal market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage federal projects and grow the federal market in Washington, California, and the West Coast.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead internal and external multidiscipline teams to deliver high-quality projects and services.
  • Represent P2S to the public and enhance the firm's image through personal leadership and community involvement.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to prepare proposals, conduct market research, and gather leads.
  • Participate in the selection of project managers and team members, and assist in strategy planning and proposal development.
  • Meet sales targets and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to measure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of success in managing large projects and teams.
  • Professional Engineers License (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
  • Washington or California certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
