Horizon Staffing is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Administrator & Financial Coordinator. In this dual capacity, you will be essential in facilitating our operational processes by managing various administrative duties and ensuring precise data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee office functions, including appointment scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors through various communication channels.
  • Prepare professional documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

Financial Management:

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Issue invoices to clients promptly.
  • Verify that supplier invoices align with internal records.
  • Reconcile statements from suppliers.
  • Oversee accounts receivable functions.
  • Generate basic financial reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Entry-level experience in administrative or financial roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
