Front Office Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at SERCO OF TEXAS - GULF COAST. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Respond to incoming phone calls, screen and forward as necessary.
- Provide information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate personnel.
Key Tasks:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and welcoming.
- Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate meetings for various teams and managers.
- Prepare meeting rooms with necessary equipment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coding Invoices: Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for conference attendees.
- Order office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
Salary Range:$45,000 - $65,000 per annum.
