Front Office Development Professional

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Development Professional. This 10-12 week internship program is designed to provide college students with hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Shadow leaders within the Front Office department to gain a deeper understanding of hotel operations
- Attend department meetings and contribute to discussions on improving front office efficiency
- Become proficient in using labor management tools to schedule staff and control labor costs
- Interact positively with customers, resolving issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
- Recent or current graduate of a hospitality program preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, handling complex situations with patience and diplomacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and moving frequently throughout the front office
