About the Company:

Our client operates within the Advertising and Media sector and is seeking a Programmatic Trader to enhance their expanding team. This position is a full-time, direct hire role offering a salary of up to $110,000 plus benefits, contingent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Delivery:
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring optimal performance and pacing.
• Set up campaigns for immediate success.
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and exceed client objectives.
• Address and resolve campaign challenges.
• Implement campaign enhancements within Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
• Collaborate across various technology platforms including DSPs, internal business intelligence, ad servers, and brand safety tools.
• Provide client reporting and optimization insights.
• Conduct delivery and incremental forecasting.

Project Management:
• Maintain focus on project contributions and organization of stakeholders.
• Offer pricing, availability, and strategic recommendations for new campaigns.
• Collaborate with trading team members to improve internal tools and processes.
• Provide feedback and test new trading products for future enhancements.

Internal Collaboration:
• Build strong relationships with sales and account management teams.
• Communicate strategies and optimizations to both internal and external partners.
• Foster a culture of curiosity by exploring innovative work methods and being receptive to new ideas.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
• Proficiency with large datasets in Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with DV360 or TTD DSPs is preferred.
• A proactive attitude with aspirations for growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and a strong initiator.
