About the Role

Goodr is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Vice President of Operations to lead our team and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a bold strategic vision that boosts profitability and elevates our service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy that aligns with our company's mission and goals.
  • Lead our talented team across departments, including Operations, Logistics, and the Fulfillment Center, to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Identify staffing and resource needs, source top-tier goods and services, and manage departmental schedules and tasks to optimize efficiency.
  • Design and roll out innovative business strategies and procedures that drive growth and profitability.
  • Champion clear and open communication, fostering strong collaboration across all departments to achieve our objectives.
  • Develop and implement smart risk management strategies to ensure compliance and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Create and maintain detailed monthly reports and dashboards to provide transparency and insights into our operations.
  • Set ambitious performance and growth goals and lead the charge to achieve them.
  • Establish policies that embody Goodr's vibrant culture and mission-driven vision.
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team, attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance and guide decision-making.
  • Assist in securing additional capital to fuel our growth and market share objectives.
  • Create a success-oriented, accountable culture where everyone thrives.
  • Represent Goodr with clients, investors, and business partners, showcasing our mission and impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in logistics and event coordination.
  • Expertise in organizational development, personnel management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Outstanding people skills and the ability to partner with a dynamic team.
  • Integrity, credibility, and a deep commitment to Goodr's mission.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to prioritize and guide investment in people and systems.
  • 7-10 years of leadership experience in operations or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a startup environment.
  • Experience in a mission-driven organization.
  • Genuine love for solving world hunger and saving the planet.
  • A knack for tackling complex operational challenges.
  • Strong procurement experience.
  • Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, CPIM, CSCP, CPSM (strongly preferred).
  • MBA (strongly preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of the food industry (strongly preferred).
