Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Federal HR Project Manager to spearhead the provision of top-notch Human Resources and Leadership services within a comprehensive Human Resources program functioning in a classified setting. As an integral part of our organization, the HR Project Manager will collaborate with various clients and consultants, delivering specialized support services and ensuring the effective execution of HR systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized support services and manage the provision of Human Resources and Leadership services to clients and consultants.
  • Navigate and comprehend multiple HR technology platforms while maintaining a robust understanding of a diverse solution portfolio.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices related to HR systems and solutions.
  • Adapt to evolving project requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Produce precise and refined work products.
  • Implement predetermined research or analysis strategies.
  • Achieve desired outcomes by defining and executing objectives and allocating necessary resources.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams in a proactive manner.
  • Generate Weekly Activity Reports (WAR).
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business management, with a preference for familiarity with Government policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years of HR business management experience within an enterprise-wide contract.
  • Familiarity with MS Project and MS Visio.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
