Senior Project Coordinator (PART-TIME)

This role is NOT focused on IT project management. We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to perform regular evaluations to identify and manage risks associated with the organization's project portfolio.

  • Work Authorization: US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED
  • CONTRACT DETAILS: This is a PART-TIME contractual position with an expected commitment of 5-10 hours per week.
  • Work Location: Primarily a remote position, but may necessitate occasional travel for quarterly meetings. The contract may be structured in various formats, including short-term, with the potential for long-term engagement. There is a possibility for the contract to expand to 40 hours per week or transition into a full-time role. A direct-hire, full-time position would require the employee to work onsite 2-3 days per week, necessitating relocation for candidates who are not already local.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular evaluations of project progress to ensure effective risk mitigation
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures for all projects across the organization

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in project coordination
  • Proven experience in project evaluations to mitigate organizational risks and enforce internal controls
  • Background in audit or compliance-related roles
  • PMP certification is preferred
