About the Position:

The Front Desk Associate, Client Services is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the reception area and performing various administrative functions. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to all inquiries and concerns in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, manage office supplies, and maintain reference documents.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, transfer or route calls, and disseminate messages.
  • Record Management: Process medical records requests, prepare documents, and scan as required.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, schedule meetings, and plan organizational activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience or training.
  • Experience: One year of experience in an office setting or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and customer relation skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic medical records, as well as HIPAA guidelines.
