Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
HEICO is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Testing and Inspection Activities: Work with external vendors to coordinate testing and inspection activities, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure product quality.
- Material Testing and Planning: Develop and implement material testing plans based on laboratory results, ensuring that all materials meet the required standards.
- Supplier Certification and Compliance: Review supplier certifications, materials, and special processing to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Collaboration with Supply Chain and Team Lead: Work closely with the supply chain and team lead personnel to resolve any certification non-conformances and ensure that all necessary corrections are made.
- Quality Documentation Review: Conduct thorough reviews of quality documentation to ensure that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Additional Requirements:
- Quality Documentation Review Experience: Previous experience in quality documentation review is highly desirable.
- Aerospace Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the aerospace industry, including design, MRO, and manufacturing processes, materials, and coatings is a plus.
- Strong Work Ethic and Attention to Detail: A strong work ethic and a high attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Excellent Organizational, Analytical, and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required to succeed in this position.
