Position Overview:
As a Quality Engineering Test Automation Manager, you will lead the automation testing initiatives, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Your expertise will guide the team in developing robust testing frameworks and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the automation testing processes, focusing on Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and create effective test scenarios.
3. Design and implement test automation frameworks using JUnit or TestNG.
4. Manage the creation and enhancement of test cases and scripts, ensuring thorough coverage of application functionalities.
5. Facilitate data-driven testing and execute tests across multiple browsers.
6. Lead parallel test execution efforts and ensure timely reporting of test results.
7. Foster strong communication and project management skills within the team.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on automation testing.
- Proficient in Java programming and test automation tools.
- Experience in API testing and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the insurance domain and its integration with technology systems.
- Experience with test management tools and methodologies.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
