Job DescriptionOverview:
Redbud Property Inspections, LLC is in search of a dedicated and detail-focused individual to become part of our team as a Customer Support Coordinator. This position is vital to our operations, offering essential assistance in client communications and internal organization. If you possess a strong commitment to customer service, outstanding communication abilities, and a talent for juggling multiple responsibilities effectively, we invite you to consider this opportunity. Candidates must be prepared for in-office work, five days a week, eight hours a day.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Manage both incoming and outgoing communications with clients via phone and email, ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.


Appointment Scheduling:
Oversee the scheduling of inspections, coordinating with team members and clients to guarantee seamless operations and transaction flow.

Record Keeping:
Maintain precise records of client interactions, appointments, and transactions.

Content Creation for Social Media:
Demonstrate the ability to navigate, create, and publish industry-related content on the company's social media platforms.

Administrative Support:

Assist with various light office tasks such as filing, data management, and data entry into cloud software and Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, be prepared to handle minor tasks around the office.



Contribute to Company Growth:
Play a role in enhancing the company's growth and efficiency by refining service procedures and supporting various team initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative, communication, and customer service capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using office software, including email, scheduling, and data management tools.
  • Capable of navigating social media platforms to create weekly posts that align with the brand.
