Position Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level International Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team in Oklahoma City. This role involves managing and reconciling Teleflora's international accounts, ensuring seamless communication with affiliates for account resolutions, adjustments, and special mailings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Teleflora and international affiliates, delivering exceptional service that underscores our commitment to international orders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Teleflora statements, focusing on international orders and necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee the upkeep of spreadsheets and the reconciliation of monthly statements.
  • Update pricing and directory information for international accounts.
  • Prepare and process international wire transfers and manage special handling of checks.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Customer Service and International Services Departments to address inquiries related to international flower orders.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international florists to resolve any issues pertaining to international orders.
  • Accurately document and track customer complaints to facilitate monitoring and resolution of concerns.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support overall departmental objectives.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic accounting knowledge related to accounts receivable and payable transactions.
  • Proficient in PC usage with solid Excel skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of world geography is advantageous.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding customer service skills characterized by friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, utilizing proper diction and grammar.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in spelling and appropriate abbreviations.

  • Willingness to work extended hours, including overtime as needed, to meet company deadlines.
