Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating impactful and engaging digital content that drives lead generation and brand awareness. In this role, you'll work across multiple platforms, developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, crafting compelling content, and designing graphics for digital channels such as websites, blogs, and white papers. Your creativity and technical skills will come to life as you design landing pages, edit photos and videos, and optimize digital banners for maximum engagement.
You'll also play a key role in tracking and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to increase efficiency and improve lead generation efforts. This position requires a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, paired with a desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.
Responsibilities
Develop Marketing Campaigns – Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including copy, design, and segmentation strategies.
Design Engaging Content – Write and design compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Manage Website Content – Maintain website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for user experience.
Create Digital Graphics and Visual Content – Use tools like Photoshop or Canva to design banners, ads, social media posts, and other visual marketing materials.
Manage Social Media Accounts – Create, schedule, and monitor posts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create and Manage Landing Pages – Design and optimize landing pages to maximize lead generation and conversions.
Analyze Website Traffic and Performance (Analytics) – Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics or similar tools, providing insights on how to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Track and Report on Marketing Campaign Performance – Measure the effectiveness of campaigns, providing reports and data analysis to recommend improvements.
Conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis – Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to refine marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Work with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Stay Updated with Digital Marketing Trends – Continuously learn about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
Proven Experience in Digital Marketing – Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including content creation, social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
Proficiency with Marketing and Design Tools – Strong working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Photoshop, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Similar).
Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills – Ability to write compelling content, analyze campaign performance data, and make recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
