Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Residence Hall Monitor. As a key member of our Residence Education team, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising high school students in our dormitories, ensuring that school policies are followed, and providing support with homework assignments. This is an on-call position, and the hours will vary. If you have a passion for working with adolescents and are willing to work evenings, overnight, and on weekends, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and supervise high school students in the dormitories
  • Ensure that school policies are followed
  • Provide support with homework assignments
  • Work evenings, overnight, and on weekends

Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of college/university coursework
  • Knowledge and understanding of adolescent needs and characteristics
  • Familiarity with residence hall program management and student discipline
  • First aid/CPR certification required or willingness to obtain
  • Fluency in American Sign Language required
