Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, Global Operations Sustainability will spearhead the formulation and implementation of the Enterprise Supply Chain Sustainability Strategy. This role is pivotal in establishing short, medium, and long-term sustainability initiatives to achieve our organizational objectives.

This individual will engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across our supply chain and external partners to fulfill our sustainability commitments.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Director of Engineering Technologies and will focus on enhancing capabilities to reduce carbon emissions intensity, waste, energy, and water usage. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of Rich's Sustainability Reports.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement Rich's global strategies for energy, waste, water, and sustainable food operations in collaboration with our Corporate Generations of Good office.
2. Define, justify, and manage innovative sustainability projects across our network.
3. Create a comprehensive emissions reduction Master Plan, contributing to clean energy policy development.
4. Measure, analyze, and report on global emissions, utilizing Rich's resources and external vendors.
5. Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing to devise strategies for sustainable raw and packaging materials.
6. Provide support for SBTi SME target setting and emissions reduction initiatives.
7. Oversee the data collection, validation, and submission of Rich's Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Sustainability Report.
8. Assist in executing customer-requested SMETA audits and emissions data collection.
9. Integrate sustainability into Rich's digital transformation initiatives.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Climate/Environmental Science, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Over 10 years of experience leading large-scale operational sustainability programs.
- Relevant experience in food and/or consumer goods manufacturing sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop complex sustainability solutions.
- Skilled in organizing and influencing both internal and external resources.
- Experience managing third-party ESG vendors.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and Six-Sigma methodologies.
- Proficient in CDP Reporting, GHG Protocols, SBTi Standards, and SMETA audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
Rich Products Corporation offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary range of $121,000 to $182,160. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.
