Your Profile:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and lead strategic initiatives related to Airwallex's financial crime risk management framework
  • Employ a data-driven methodology to tackle challenges
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and achieve desired results
  • Prepare and maintain reports on divisional performance and project advancements, highlighting progress towards objectives, key risks, and dependencies
  • Manage special projects and respond to ad hoc requests, including in-depth analyses on issues raised by leadership or functional teams

Your Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience, ideally within a rapidly growing tech startup or a top-tier strategy/management consulting firm
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in SQL
  • Essential problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities
  • Self-motivated, with the capacity to identify and prioritize key opportunities
  • A solid understanding of global compliance risks (AML, Sanctions, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, along with presentation skills
  • Background in technology, financial services, or experience in a high-growth environment
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
