With over 500,000 organizations relying on our platform, including 80% of the Fortune 100, we're seeking an experienced Head of Revenue to lead our revenue accounting and operations.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional to oversee billing, collections, and technical revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements. As a key member of our revenue team, you'll develop and implement scalable processes for revenue recognition and order-to-cash, partnering with Legal, Sales, and Strategic Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead revenue accounting, billing, and accounts receivable/collection teams
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for revenue recognition and order-to-cash
  • Serve as accounting lead on deal desk, partnering with Legal, Sales, and Strategic Finance
  • Establish revenue recognition policies for new business models and products
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, U.S. GAAP, and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes for revenue-related matters
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of accounting experience, including public company and Big 4 experience
  • CPA with strong knowledge of ASC 606, focusing on SaaS/Software industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with accounting systems, Salesforce, and Workday Financial (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation. For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is $239,400 — $359,200 USD. For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is $215,500 — $323,300 USD.
