Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize revenue operations, improve process efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify revenue opportunities and develop pricing and packaging strategies
  • Partner with finance and executive leadership to develop revenue forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
  • Develop and communicate a clear revenue growth strategy aligned with the organization's business goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, sales operations, or related roles at marketplaces or B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of leading high-growth teams and achieving audacious goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly consider long-term decisions and develop MVPs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with SQL and Excel, with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and model data
