Key Responsibilities- Conduct precise measurements and establish installation procedures for window and door replacements.
- Deliver tailored installation solutions that align with customer expectations, leveraging extensive knowledge of our product offerings.
- Ensure alignment between sales contracts and customer expectations regarding product features and installation processes.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to address any job-related inquiries efficiently.
- Assess installation labor requirements and necessary materials for successful project completion.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive job documentation to facilitate a seamless transition to internal teams.
- Communicate essential job details to the installation crew, highlighting any unique considerations.
- Authorize additional labor as needed to ensure project completion.
- Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for installation teams during project execution.
- Engage directly with homeowners to resolve any installation-related concerns.
- Assist sales representatives with pre-sale site evaluations to define project scope accurately.
- Support installation leadership in the recruitment of subcontractors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in home improvement or a related field.
- Proficient in using measurement tools and techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Physical capability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate ladders and stairs.
- Familiarity with building codes and construction practices.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
The salary range for this position is $74,000 to $95,000 annually, based on various factors including experience, education, and location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
