Payroll Administrator Position

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our accounting department in accurate and timely processing of payroll data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll best practices and federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Work with field operations to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Manage company credit card expense reporting.
  • Perform key activities related to new hire onboarding.
  • Review and understand payroll taxes.
  • Review and submit certified payroll reports.
  • Manage weekly reporting of field personnel project hours.
  • Participate in new payroll system implementation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; and one to three years related experience and/or training.
  • Paycom and Sage 300 software proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
