Job Summary

This role is responsible for the administration of investment management accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing account paperwork and ensuring timely completion
  • Coordinating with the Client Engagement team and Trust Services team
  • Directing disbursements of funds according to investment management agreements and company policies

The ideal candidate will have a college degree and experience working in financial services, preferably in investment management or trust administration.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and excellent organizational skills are essential for this role.

The work environment is a traditional office setting, with extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer monitor and/or calculator.
