Job Summary

The Office Manager will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our firm. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating mail, maintaining office equipment, and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, the Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings for senior management, ensuring efficient time management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all office operations, including ordering office supplies, coordinating mail, and maintaining office equipment
* Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for senior management
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
* Ensure all company files and documents are properly managed and updated
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports and other documents as required
* Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and other tasks as needed

Requirements

* Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite
* Experience with filing systems and office management procedures
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and clients
* Proven experience in administrative support or as an administrative assistant
* A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial principles
