About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Associate Business Lending Development Consultant to join our Personal Lending & Retail Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with medium to large and high-profile dealer accounts
  • Develop strategies to generate additional revenues through optimizing business opportunities and ensuring dealer satisfaction
  • Analyze profitability of ongoing relationship management and make recommendations to management about account disposition
  • Perform needs analyses with current customers and understand customer needs
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Requirements
  • 6+ months of Business Lending Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ months of sales experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • Experience working with financial products and services
