We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
  • Research new business opportunities through strategic planning and market analysis
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
  • Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales and leadership goals
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
