Territory Sales Manager

The Field Sales Account Executive is responsible for overseeing the sales process and driving profitable growth within a designated sales territory, focusing on both existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle to achieve corporate and regional sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to service current accounts and secure new business.
- Qualify leads and actively pursue sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a consultative approach.
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, including pricing and delivery timelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet growth targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and manage customer accounts receivable.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years of successful outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Experience with industrial gases or welding supplies is advantageous.
- Proven ability to utilize a consultative sales strategy to deliver value to clients.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
