Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with corporate sales strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to service existing clients and acquire new business.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, including pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines based on production capabilities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, submitting reports as required.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience in outside sales, particularly in a business-to-business environment.
- Demonstrated success in solution-based selling and managing customer relationships.
- Familiarity with industrial gases or related sectors is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and urgency.
