Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food Service Director to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional quality of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety procedures
  • Maintain inventory levels, manage suppliers, and control food costs
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, catering services, and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen management principles, best practices, and food safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: $27.00 per hour

Work Environment: In-person, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
