Key Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Operations Support Specialist includes managing service schedules for commercial clients, addressing and resolving service-related issues, and coordinating with service providers.

Additional responsibilities may involve assisting with special projects, resolving billing discrepancies, and undertaking various tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule: This position requires five days of in-office work.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role ranges from $20 to $26.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to customers via phone and email
  • Coordinate service requests efficiently
  • Maintain precise and detailed records
  • Engage with customers and vendors professionally
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure optimal service levels
  • Exhibit a strong desire for professional growth and learning

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential; experience in the waste management sector is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while being organized and adaptable
  • Effective follow-up skills are crucial
  • Proficiency in PC usage, including database management and internet-based systems
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred
