Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Operations Support Specialist include coordinating service schedules for commercial clients, troubleshooting service-related issues, and liaising with vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.

Additional tasks may involve assisting with special projects, resolving billing discrepancies, and performing other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: This position requires a commitment of five days a week in a collaborative office environment.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $26.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential; experience in the waste management sector is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; organized and adaptable
  • Strong follow-up skills are crucial
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including database management and internet-based systems
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred
