Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the Operations Support Specialist include managing service schedules for commercial clients, investigating and resolving service-related issues, and coordinating with vendors to ensure service delivery.
Additional responsibilities may involve assisting with special projects, addressing billing discrepancies with vendors, and performing other assigned tasks.
Work Schedule: This position requires in-office presence five days a week.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this role ranges from $20 to $26.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service is essential; experience in the waste management sector is advantageous.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are crucial, along with organizational skills and flexibility.
- Strong follow-up skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in PC usage, including database management, email, and internet applications.
- An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
