Role Summary:

The SAP Security Analyst plays a crucial role in interfacing with clients and government entities to address security needs for sensitive programs. This position involves providing guidance and support to personnel engaged in classified activities, ensuring they remain informed about evolving security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer security protocols in accordance with established guidelines for personnel processing, media control, and document management.
  • Develop and implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, applying risk management principles.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation and manage badge processing and visitor control functions.
  • Support the secure handling, testing, and storage of classified materials.
  • Facilitate Security Clearance Indoctrination briefings for new employees.
  • Implement a media control program aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee security measures for subcontractors and suppliers through contractual agreements.
  • Maintain a secure facility in compliance with relevant security directives.
  • Participate in internal audits and government inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Investigate security breaches and prepare reports assessing potential risks to classified programs.

Qualifications Required:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Active In-Scope Secret security clearance, with a possibility of requiring an Active In-Scope Top Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with security regulations such as NISPOM, DoDM series, and ICD 705.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Management, Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Possession of a final TS/SCI security clearance with a recent investigation.
  • At least 6 years of experience in National Security is preferred.
  • Training with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) or related security certifications.
