This position at Raytheon Technologies focuses on the role of a Security Analyst. The chosen individual will be tasked with performing physical security assessments, managing facility access protocols, and contributing to the formulation and implementation of security regulations for Special Access Programs. Key duties encompass liaising with stakeholders, overseeing security operations, and aiding in the creation of a secure environment in accordance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expertise and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders regarding Special Access Programs.
- Oversee security protocols related to physical security, access management, inspections, and personnel onboarding.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and principles of risk management.
- Facilitate the establishment and upkeep of a secure facility in alignment with ICD 705 standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Active and In-Scope TOP SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- Capability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
- Willingness to work 2nd Shift.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in supporting Special Access Programs and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information programs.
- Familiarity with NISPOM, DoDM series, JSIG, and/or ICD 705 guidelines.
- Degree in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in National Security.
- Relevant training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE.
